The Political Studies Association is inviting paper abstract submissions for the PSA27 Annual Conference taking place at the University of Hull from 22 – 24 March 2027. This year’s conference theme is ‘Seismic Politics: impacts and responses from the global to the local’.
As you can see, the theme is particularly well suited for our specialist group! Please make sure to join the group if you are a PSA member!
We are therefore looking for papers and panels to develop critical lines of inquiries and foster a productive sense of community to address these pressing matters.
In particular, we are keen to work with other Specialist Groups such as the Race, Migration and Intersectionality, Populism, Queer Politics and French Politics. If you think your paper could work across other SGs, please make a note in the additional information box.

We look forward to seeing you in Hull next year!
